This Site is Great! Manage All Your Online Bank, Savings & Credit Card Accounts From The One Webpage

We love internet banking and managing our finances online but like many dislike all the tedious usernames, passwords and secret words etc. And the more accounts you have the more this problem is magnified. But help is at hand with an excellent and 100% free service from the First Direct Bank called Internet Banking Plus (see link below).

What Is Internet Banking Plus

• The main point with this new service is that you don't have to have an account with the First Direct Bank
• Basically, signup on the First Direct Website and get issued with a username and password combo
• Login to the service and choose which bank/savings/credit card accounts you want to track, fill in the individual logins and test each one to make sure you haven't entered incorrect information
• Then to check on your accounts simply login into your newly created account, click the Update button and a summary of all your accounts appears
• Security is good because First Direct doesn't hold your individual passwords they're actually encrypted on your computer
• Understand that this service only offers a summary of your different accounts, to manage an individual account (pay a bill etc) you'll still have to login to your bank's main online site

Summary

This new service from the First Direct bank is excellent, we signed up for it the other day and while it's not the slickest website around it does what it's supposed to do very well, ie saves a lot of time and hassle.

If you currently have a load of different financial accounts then you’re strongly advised to sign up and start working smarter, not harder….
