A Must Read Article on The Property Boom

All booms and bubbles end in tears, Dutch Tulips, South Sea bubbles, the nifty 50 shares of the 1970s, the 80s property and stock boom etc etc. So when will the UK and in fact global property boom end? Your guess is really as good as anyone's but end one day it will, and they'll be hell to pay for many people who have over-exposed themselves either in bricks and mortar or in financing.
The Economist magazine has just published an excellent article on the property boom and it's a must read.
