Organise Your Email More Effectively

May 2005

Do you have more that one email account and/or you’re plagued by spam? If so there’s a great free email utility available called ePromter.

What it does is simple. Before you actually download email to your computer it checks to see what email is waiting for you on your ISPs server. You can therefore get a sneak preview and delete, reply and finally download messages that you actually want onto your computer. In effect the only email that you end up with is email you actually want.

ePromter really shines when you’ve got a load of different email accounts, including hotmail because you can check them all with one simple click of the mouse. The software can also be setup to automatically check for mail at certain time periods, perhaps every 10 mins or 2 hours, and of course it can play a little jingle if you want when mail does arrive.

Some of the most useful software available is actually free, case in point the excellent ePromter, and at InvestorProfit.com we’ve got it installed on all of our machines.

One final point, we used to use the Mailwasher program which is good, but ePromter in our opinion is far better. Mailwasher also costs about $30.
