BugMeNot.com - A Very Useful Website

May 2005

Simply put it bypasses logins on popular internet sites.

Username/password combinations are generally annoying for websites that we frequent on occasion. Say for example you see an interesting link for a story on the Economist site only to be asked to register in order to read it. Registering is a pain because it often asks for all sorts of details, name, address, postcode, email etc.

www.bugmenot.com sorts the login problem out.

Copy/paste the url of the site in question and it spits out a username and password. Sometimes it doesn’t work but most of the time the website is a really good timesaver.
